Support Services

School Management Solutions provides expert, fast-response technical support through an annual support and maintenance contract. Our support team specialists each offer at least five years in-depth experience working across the product range. Technical advice and assistance covered by the maintenance contract includes:

  • Installation
  • Parameter set-up
  • Valid data import mechanisms
  • Routine operational queries
  • Compilation of standard reports
  • Production of electronic output files
  • Third party software links e.g. MS Office

Several additional services are available on request. These include:

  • Full data conversion services to support the migration of pupil-based information from 3rd party MIS suppliers over to Integris and IntegrisG2
  • Consultation services to support the transfer of timetable data
  • Production of data extraction materials to support Local Authority-wide electronic returns
  • Provision of on-site installation services

Response

Our aim is to respond to all queries within twenty-four hours, either with a resolution or an agreed next step. Most support queries are successfully resolved on the initial call.
