Whether you implement IntegrisG2, Integris Classic, SQL Centris, RM Finance or a combination of solutions, our professional, practical on-site training courses ensure your teams get the most from your investment. Our trainers are all product experts with first hand experience of the queries users encounter day-to-day. Since 1994, the department has delivered in excess of 14000 training man-hours for groups and individuals across the UK.
Our provision includes:
- NEW Report Writing Service for RM Finance users. Our specialists will work with you to create reports which are specific to your requirements. For more details please see our Report Writing Service Overview.
- Foundation, intermediate and advanced 'off the shelf' courses aimed at getting school users - whatever their previous MIS experience - up and running with our systems confidently and smoothly.
- Product Induction and familiarisation for first time users.
- Workshops to support time-critical events in the education calendar such as School Census and Admin/Finance year end procedures.
- Regional Training Seminars to raise awareness of new product functionality, advanced skills and extended courses.
- Consultancy designed to empower educationalists to develop and achieve their vision for raising standards in schools through the effective use of MIS.
For our Local Authority and consortium partners we also offer a module-based Training Accreditation Programme in both the Support and Training disciplines, allowing organisations to work towards accredited status at their own pace.
Courses are usually delivered on-site, starting at 09:30 and concluding by 16:30, subject to course content and the expertise of the delegates.
